Nickel Fluoride

Available in powder form, Nickel Fluoride has 1380 degree C melting point. It can be availed in industrial grade, reagent grade and electron grade versions. Its purity level is 98%. It is slightly soluble in water and also in alhydrous hydrogen fluoride. This chemical dissolves in hydrofluoric acid. Its chemical properties are stable. Nickel Fluoride is utilized as suitable catalyst during synthesis of hexafluoride xenon and fluoride. Its quality has been tested on the basis of its shelf  life, composition, chemical  features etc.
